I sadly won't be able to make this trip due to financial reasons.
If anything changes it will most likely be last minute.

Any reason this HAS to be on the weekend of the 25th?
End of the month is always crap for me because I do the salaries for 5 companies.

Any possibility of moving it up or even back one weekend?

Hey Dante! if it means you will attend I am 100% sure we can move it up or down a week?

Whether its earlier or later would depend on if the accommodation is available. I was told that Feb is mostly open so maybe a week earlier? I can confirm next week if I do the booking.

For sure. I've never been to Durban, so would enjoy it.
Tyger also mentioned that weekend would be difficult, so see what can be done and then have the guys vote/decide/confirm.

QB can you please comment on what date would suite you best?

I think Ion if you could ask the people who are giving you the accommodation to suggest a few dates and then we pick from there. Otherwise we suggest dates and then they come back and say it isn't open then.
