Hi all,
The clan has voted and DBN has been selected.
Assuming we will be holding this over the weekend of the 25th of Feb. And we will have to use 2 days leave for the Friday and the Monday. We can then leave to be there the Thursday night and depart the Monday morning. So we will be there for 4 evenings? We could also leave early the Friday but will then prolly only get there by lunch time which will be a waste.
I need to Arrange the accommodation with the owner on the 8th of November. So can I have all answers by the 7th please?
Also, if there is someone who would like to attend but might be constraint at the time. Please let me know and we can see to make a plan.
Can I please have a show of hands on who will be attending this per day so that I can get a head count to arrange the accommodation?

Depending on attendance and what have you - I can stay there with you guys and maximuzeorz the experience and if relly buzzy, can offer up a bed and a couch to 2 extras should the need arise at my spot too.
