So basically, Hanno's mom.Morphza wrote:A plan is simply a bunch of words... which in my view, if that is what it takes for you to vote, then you are the followers of broken promises (all that is wrong with democracy)...
I've voted after taking into account my experience with the two individuals, and what they have said / mention / suggested over the course of knowing them.
Vote for your 2017 clan leader

I think the biggest challenge for clan leaders is to deal with apathy. You can make the best plans but end up having to nag people to do things like log in to the forum to post their 2c.
Takes a lot of effort and the rewards are few. I hope both candidates give it some thought. I know every clan leader to date has had that same issue.

thank you all for your input on this important matter.
I must apologize for the delay in responding as it has been a very difficult decision for me. If there had been 3 contenders I would have thrown in the towel a while back. As most of you know my daughter has an immune deficiency disease called Lupus. It affects her face and hands mostly especially if the meds aren't working or if she has spent time in the sun.
This combined with the general stress of work and my own personal issues has made me delay my response for some time.
As one of the almost original members of this clan I do however feel it my duty to be a serious part of this election process. (even if it is just to slag off Ion's mom
)
Now as to some of the questions posed:
I would try and get a regular evening (like a Sunday evening) where one (FTP) game ( doesn't always have to be the same game) is played by as many of us as possible. not on a serious scale - more for a fun evening of being introduced to the game, playing with friends and not having to spend money on the game. As an example - I have set up an area on my house in SWTOR as a speeder race track which has been used often for guild events. (this isn't a GOOD example because SWTOR is a 30gig plus DL). But the principle remains - they could be simple cheap games from steam or we could share the install disks from WOW/LOTRO/BF4 etc. (there should be enough of us to follow this through with Overwatch).
Anyway - those are my thoughts at the moment - please feel free to ask questions
