gosh - hope it does work - a massive GRRR contingent would be absolutely amazing.
Try using the original downloader, select where to install, then as it starts to download, close it and then copy/paste - relaunch - hopefully that will do the trick..... can only hope.

Ony do exactly what my post says, and it will work.
Important bit is dont have plantside 2 started the install in steam before you copy across
It will only work if it can get the discovering files stage.if you have already past that stage. u need to remove planside from steam install.
And then do it again.

well done tyger, ours didn't work at all, ended up dling 3.5 times for the 3 pcs, i have a feeling that it was because we coppied across AFTER the steam install.
now the problem is Micayla's pc is running at 15 fps MAX (when standing still).
PS - Thanks to everyone who has been complimenting my kids and encouraging them.
PPS - noticed krygorian and xennox on our server last night (dont remember exact spellings) but they had an "SA squad" going

Also does it auto add your steam friends or is there a seperate friends list ingame?
You have to create your own unique name and add friends to the in-game seperate friends list.
