this is what i am trying to get at - i don't want anyone to feel that they have to tone anything down or feel uncomfortable. we are grrr and we have our way of communicating - which is not how i would like my girls to be communicating with their mother. hence a channel that they can be in that (IF iburst allows) they can still get some feedback (thanks nom nom) and instructions

Ok converting normal game files to steam files. I found this and it worked for me.

I have a solution! Create a folder in "steamapps\common" called 'planetside 2' (No caps!), transfer the files of your current installation to that folder in common you created. Then go to the steam page for PlanetSide 2, and start the download there. If it does what mine did, it will go through the first stage where it sets up the download, then go to 'Discovering Existing Files', where it will sit for ages loading it. Afterwards, it will need to download about 96.3 MBs, but it's much better than 9600 MBs. It's Similar to Twitch's, but actually discovers the files easier. Hope this helps.

Mine downloaded 136MB.
I made sure steam was closed when i copied the files to the folder.
Then started seam, then only said play game and install.

So mine is converted anyone who needs the steam files.

Axxess had heavy issues last night and I could barely DL the patch at more than 30KB/s so didn't get to jam any.
I may have graft to do tonight, but hoping to cram some PS2 in with a full [grrr] squad! Would be EPIC!!

How does everyone feel about the game so far?

I think it is MANIC! Really enjoy the massive epic scale that it is! And a well oiled squad can make a massive difference on the battle field! Time to get tactical and start cutting off strategic positions on the map....

Would be epic to save C credits and build up an crazy ass Galaxy! Then we would be pumping!
