Fly I think you're a great guy and I think your kids are great, but I don't think they should be in our voice channel. Grrr is a very over 18 clan, kids shouldn't be exposed to us in the casual sense. I don't know who they would chat to in mumble kids but I'm not opposed to it. We need to protect your kids right to decency and protect my right to drop an f bomb on noobs if I want to :) so I support it.

thanks steff, not sure what u are supporting? (I do agree that they shouldnt be in our normal voice channel at all) they will both be playing planetside2 so if they have their own channel, then they can recieve instructions from their squad leader (IE you or phats via wisper ?? ) - OR we figure out how the squad voip works in game and that is how they must comunicate .

for now give them a channel, players will join it if they are in there and know to talk nice when they do, your kids will only play a few hours a week so a its no biggie.

cool, i thought so.
i do think though that 2 x ps2 + 2 x mumble + iburst = lag , ( but they sometimes play my avatar ) so in generral they will most likely not be on mumble

only saw your post now miles - good point :)

Wonda, what you on about? All kids love chatting to us pedos on mumble! pfft!

I enjoyed jamming with your kids fly (this is now non pedo). I think it is cool to get them involved in gaming. They seem like very intelligent kids and they seemed to enjoy us congratulating them on in game accomplishments. I am glad you are helping to contribute to bringing more females into the gaming community! I feel that stereotypes can be shattered in this new age!

With regards to mumble, I did catch myself dropping the F bomb and it made em realize i need to tone it down in general... but i refuse to tone down "go fuck yourself tyger!"
