Thank you Ice, that will be awesome. Also, with regard to the armor Mega, I agree, the armour if you look at it carefully will become a very valuable asset in time.

Girls/Guys

Sorry i will not be able to play a lot in the next month or 2 due to @#@#king work.

This is the crazy season for our company. I have a shop to run and a couple of idiots that goes with it. But its all not bad. The Money will be rolling in. :D

As of yesterday I'm working 8am to 8pm Crapp ne? And from the 9th Dec it is 8am to 10 pm. Again Crapp Ne????

But i will join and practice and help with the strats where i can. And if i can make a game i will. But i don't want to be taking up a spot of a player that is in form and has put in the hours.
We have a lekker team and will kick some serous but. And it should be the best team that is picked on form and commitment.

All will be back to normal at work around the second week in Jan 2012. F@#K :censored: :censored: :censored: I'm gone kill someone at work just before the end of December I'm sure. Lets hope not.
But be sure of this... I will be ready give 100% as soon as all this madness is over. :D :fact:

Sorry Nutz

No one wants to admit it... but we are second team and tonite proved it. I knew it from the start. I have no beef with making this 2nd team. I know for a fact I can't take most of the 1st team guys one on one. Of course I'm upset that I didn't 'make the grade'. However, I'm actually happy that we got owned because it means most of the right ppl made the first team. THIS LEAGUE IS ABOUT GRRR WINNING!!!! GRRR... Not A or B teams. Put aside your own egos.. the goal here is to get GRRR to win the league. Geth is here because he's in some ass end of Africa for months. Voetek is here due to RL issues. Tyger is here because of the initial question regarding his internet. Besides those shining stars we're all good players... just not the top 11 in grrr. Now, I'm not saying our team should pack our bags and quit. Lets LEARN from mistakes and utilize our strong players. Lets stop with being offended about being second and work to improve our skills. We should def have a post match chat and give feedback to what each team found effective and vise versa.

Further to the above (guess I have few more 2c to provide), here are my views on tonite's inter clannie:
1. How did we not know the 3 maps we were playing???
2. We had plans for 2 of the maps... but did we actually follow it through? I think we did in the beginning, but we had no 'back up plan'. I give kudos to Cronos for making a back up plan last minute on the map (sorry cant remember the map name).
3. Our communication sucks. I'm not even considering the non-essential bragging thats hard to avoid... we've all been there! Fly talking about knifing j0n0 to me bragging about taking Lep and co. out in their tank with my APC. I should have just said tank down.
3a. WE NEED TO NAME PLACES/STRUCTURES. I know a lot of ppl disagree with me, but I find it essential. I don't mean naming every crook and cranny on the map, but general guide lines. Do you all realize how much easier it is to communicate enemy movement with minimal Ts chatter when you have 'names' for shit? Why do you think Tyger wants us all to DL ATC? Why do you think I spent hours naming maps on BF2 and BC2? Because its fuckin' essential if you want a chance of winning. Who the hell knows what 'sneaky staircase' or 'back alleyway' is if you don't share that beforehand. If we can associate names with places it minimizes the TS chatter exponentially. I even volunteer again to making the maps with names.
4. General game awareness. Firstly, Cronos started off strong with being the 'commander', but lost it after a few deaths and not totally due to his lack of leadership. The problem was that after shit hit the fan, ppl stopped listening or thought their rambo tactics would save the day. There were conflicting orders constantly among us.
5. When I sat out that first map, I know Tyger wasn't suppose to be giving orders but what he said made the most sense! In this game I think ONE leader takes control (almost like a commander) and calls the shots for all 8 ppl on the team. That being said, you need someone very aware of the surroundings and game at hand.

Hey Guys,

tbh I had hoped we would be doing better(granted we werent prepared for the first). The first 2 maps we didnt really "gel" and on the 3rd map we started to get the hang of each other.....
we need a lot of practise and hard work, but I think we can do good.

Folowing is what I picked up:

1. we stop listening when things start to get rough.
2. we need to make sure how many flags we need for ticket bleed.
3. we need to go further into maps and determine where is the best spots to take refuge and also mark routes to minimize being out in the open.
4. if a plan has been made or a order has been given. We must stick to the order/plan as far as possible!
5. if a sl chooses a route it is not up to the rest of the Squad to decide they rather want to go another route.
6. also , if a atacking squad is nominated, lets make the whole squad dedicated to atacking as to having two members from another squad atacking with that squad as with them not being part of the squad they cant really work together....

anyway, my 2c

most of what I mentioned has allready been pointed out by Shadey....
