Thanks for paying the deposit, Jarrod I've let Steve know that you've paid it and also to change the booking back to the one below. I am waiting for confirmation that its still what he originally quoted and then let you guys know too.

EDIT: How about the following sleeping arrangements? and is Skoups definitely going to sleep over Thursday?

3 nights:

Room 1 (1 double + 2 single beds) : Lee/Phats/Jarrod/Skoups

2 nights:

Room 2 (2 single beds) : Jono / Ion
Room 3 (1 double bed) : Sheri / Lep

I will need to get a new quote if this is ok?

Guys, I only signed up for Fri and Sat nights - I am also still in the process of trying to find a lift to JHB for the weekend, so may have to give late cancellation. Obviously, if this is the case, I will still pay for the two nights at the guesthouse, but not really keen to pay for 3 nights when I only asked for two.

It's only fair that you only pay for two nights, that's what you signed up for. The slush fund can cover the difference.

As for a lift to Jozi, why don't you speak to Denis? I assume that he'll be driving up.

Booking has been confirmed.

The accommodation has been worked out as follows:

3 nights:

Room 1 (2 single beds): Jarrod (R774) + Skoups (R774)
Room 2 (1 Double bed and 2 single beds): Lee (R774) + Phats (R774) + Jono (R516) {+ Slushy (R258)}

Cost = R3870 / 5 = R774 per person for weekend (R258 per night per person)

2 nights:

Room 3 (1 Double bed and 1 single bed): Dirk & Sheri (R860) +Ion (R430)

Cost = R1290 / 3 = R430 per person for weekend (R215 per night per person)

Total cost = R5160
