I have given you the accommodation as described previously. The Self catering is only available one night and then you have to move into the Bed and Breakfast. B&B is R530 per night two adults sharing

“All the other rooms are available except for the corner york self catering which is not available from 30 September to 2 October 2011. Can I put you in the corner york for the 29th of Sept and then move the four to other rooms for the other dates? This then means I give I give you two extra rooms from the 30th i.e The Grand York 1 and 2. I will give them to you at the same rate as the Yorks 1 and 2."
Cancellation Terms
On arrival or in the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value, whichever greater. Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value, whichever greater.
Reservations Terms
These conditions are necessary to ensure the well-being of our valued guests and the orderly continuance of the guest house. By making a booking the terms and conditions herein contained are deemed to have been read and accepted. The client in whose name the booking is made undertakes liability for all bills incurred by his, hers or their guests or invitees. All rates are per person sharing unless otherwise stated. The maximum number of adults that can be accommodated per room is two. Reservations are not confirmed until the name, surname, cell phone numbers, payment method and expected time of arrival of guests is provided to the guest house. All guests who have booked and confirmed are entitled to the full use and enjoyment of the guest house. However, House On York Avenue is a private property and management reserves the right on who enters the property, should guests wish to invite friends, family or business colleagues we kindly request that it be brought to the attention of management. Should an early arrival be required, every effort will be made to assist, but cannot be guaranteed unless the room is reserved and paid for the evening prior. No check-in will be made after 22h00. This is necessary to ensure the security, comfort and well-being of other guests. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room unless otherwise indicated.
