What are the amounts per night. Some guys staying for 2 nights, others for 3 nights.

Is there a difference? Or we combining? As soon as I know the amount, I will EFT into the slush fund

I can break the costs up per room per person per day OR those who are staying 2 nights and those staying 3 nights, regardless of the type of room they are staying in as the costs differ depending on the room you are in.

What do you feel is fair/reasonable?

As even as possible, methinks. It's only Lee and I that are staying on the Thursday anyway (and I'm happy to cancel my Thursday night if Lee has another option for himself to stay at - I can stay in my flat on the Thursday night), so we should pay 50% more than everyone else.

Just work out a per person per night cost, and we can take it from there.

The Slush fund has sufficient funds to cover the deposit, so I'll pay it today. Lee can you confirm that you want to stay on the Thursday first, as that would make a difference to the total cost.

The accommodation has been worked out as follows:

3 nights:

Room 1 (2 single beds): Jarrod and Skoups
Room 2 (1 Double bed and 2 single beds): Lee/Phats/Jono

Cost = R3870 / 5 = R774 per person for weekend (R258 per night per person)

2 nights:

Room 3 (1 Double bed and 1 single bed): Dirk/Sheri and Ion

Cost = R1290 / 3 = R430 per person for weekend (R215 per night per person)

Total cost = R5160 (not R5475. I questioned it and Steve apologised for the calculation mistake)

I am happy with the above quote and confirm staying Thurs/Fri/Sat. I think everyone in Onny's post above should confirm that they are staying for the nights,

Cool, I'll get onto the payment. I see that there are now five of us staying for three nights (I didn't know that Jono and Skoups had confirmed for three nights each).

Skoups said he only wants Friday and Saturday night. Jono wrote Friday and Saturday, but will advise if it changed - didnt see an update.

I think its a waste to pay for the 2 rooms for Thursday night if its only Jarrod staying in the one and Lee the other.
If Lee (or Jono even) needs a place to sleep Thursday night, they can stay with one of us in Gauteng?
