First Step, click get to the settings
Click on the Shorcuts, then click [ADD]
You will now see Unassigned, we click on that to get the drop down.
Scroll down and chose Whisper/Shout
From here, it will just display Whistper/shout with nothing else, so we click on the DATA area, which brings up the [...]
This will pop up the Target box, we want to shout across channels with our new assignment so, we choose Shout to Channel.
In this example, I've chosen to shout to Root and ALL subchannels as you can see from the selection then click OK - this means when you click the assigned button (coming next) you will shout to ROOT, GRRRSquad1/2/3 and 4 channels, ie ALL CHANNELS.
Now you will see click to assign a key, once you click on it, the next key/mousebutton you push will assigned to the shout to all you've just set up.
Thats all, easy.
