Hi Guys
On Jarred's suggestion and Hubris approval I contacted Snakestyles (Miles) to help us out with strats and where we are going wrong in our game play.
He said he his keen todo it.
I think it will be invaluable to have an outsiders point of view on what we doing wrong and right, and how we can improve.
I asked him to be totally honest with all of us, so if he says you doing this wrong don't take offence please.
In order for this to work he needs to see how we play, so we need people to record their points of view of our prac games.
Apparently the MSI Afterburner is the best option in terms of files size and performance.
So those with rigs good enough to record, please do so.
Miles wants atleast 2 points of view.
Ok so lets see what comes of this.

Re: Snakestyles
Cool will definitely contribute because I am sure there are many things I can do to improve

Re: Snakestyles
I've given Snakestyles access to the Baggers' forum boar, so that he can add his viewpoints to any pre and post match discussions that we have, as well as strategy discussion.
For anyone who's interested, it was on the basis of the analysis that he was doing on the FiB Clanbas Nations games that I thought it would be useful to get his input into the team. You can read his comments in the SGS thread http://games.saix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=747 starting on page 2.
Clearly Miles enjoys analysing performance data and drawing conclusions from what he sees. I believe that, with a little openness from our side and a willingness to provide data, he could become an invaluable member of the Baggers team.
Note that he won't be playing for us, and in fact does not have the ability to do so, being that he has no gaming rig or home ADSL connection. His role is purely that of analysis, feedback, and key strategic input. I also hope that he'll be willing to apply his talents to analysing opposition tactics and players for us, based on whatever data is available (recordings, battlelog match and player profiles, etc.) The potential upside here is huge.
Welcome Miles, I look forward to your input.

Cool, happy to help if I can. I doubt there is too much I can do before this game. Really need to get a feel for how you play. Please, I really need the game recorded with TS or whatver voice you use. Am going to check your Bazaar thread now and will post a few questions.

I'm not sure if you have the Internet capability, but if possible it might be worthwhile for you to join our Mumble channel during practices and matches in order to listen in on what happens? Failing that, I'm sure that we can arrange a recording for you.

Well I will record using Fraps which will include all the sounds I hear and make (I know sounds bad) so it will have both game and Mumble sounds
