It is a scam. Anything telkom does is a scam.

They were "selling" uncap ADSL at RAGE, interogating several people there, and reading the fine script, it is as much unshaped / uncapped as what George Bush was really looking for WMD in Iraq. Telkom is technically right, they don't shape the line, they just throttle the living dinges out of it.

Have I mentioned the only company I hate more than MWEB is Telkom?
