Clan Platoon

Hey guys, welcome to the new BF3 clan board. Hope you enjoy your stay.

In order to make tracking your stats easier, DICE have added the Battlelog to BF3. As part of that, they have enabled the creation of 'Platoons', where you can group players together for comparisons etc.

I've created one for us. It's called GRRR Squad (duh), and can be found at http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/platoon/2826550451857210786/.

Please sign up when you have access to Battlelog.

Also, would be great if someone (most likely legendary Duck) could create a funky emblem for the clan (dunno if our current emblem can be imported), and also some BF3 logos for the three new BF3 clan boards.

Are you able to join 2 platoons? Anthrax created a platoon for the BETA (as per his SGS thread). I have joined that one as it seemed like a be all end all solution for now.

Obviously once we go live, this platoon will be where we'll be at. I also think that its not only for stats but for a ease of VOIP too.

You can join more than one. I joined Barry's platoon first, that's how I found out what they were.

There can also be multiple platoons with the same name - I created a Grrr platoon last night. I will join yours tonight Jarrod. I hope I can delete the old one, I didn't see an option for that last night.

I can't speak for anyone else, but Phats, Lee, Jono, Skoups, Paul, Mike and I will be hanging out at the B&B tonight, and then an early off to the Dome tomorrow morning.
