There's the possibility to get DL's name out there in other games too, like rFactor.

Cars can be painted up in sponsor colours in the SA series. Not only do other drivers get to notice it, but we have highlight packages of our international races broadcast on youtube. (Some of them with over 100k views).

Might be a bit late to organise for this season, but maybe something that they'd be interested in for next? Might even get another member here to join up and then we could race a 2-car championship!

Denis (skoups) is very into racing games, so he may be a potential partner?

I know he's currently rather trackmania focussed, but skills could transfer a little I hope?

We'll have to check with Skoups, but I think we could even paint those cars up. There's a huge Trackmania following in SA too!

For those that aren't that into it, here's an example of our online racing.

(The Caltex car is Euro's #1 driver. The yellow/black CAT is Aus #1. The Blue/White (Valvoline) cars from the same team are the Micheals brothers from USA. They've won every championship and major online event over the last 5 years.
I was driving the black Jack Daniel's sponsored car.

Just to chat a little about "other games"

As you may or may not know (or believe, or like... ) I am quite an avid WoW player.
I additionally follow MMO's and FPS of all nature quite closely.

Seeing as WoW is potentially the biggest game in the world ( ! ), they might want a write up of sorts. Kinda like a "playing a game with a 500ms ping. And loving it" or "I play WoW, but i still have a life.. Am i doing it wrong?"

I can like to play around with some ideas in my head, but it is good to cover ALL genre's of game.. So i am your resident MMO-ho nyx:

Gravity, you are right yes, one could customise TrackMania cars, just don't ask me to try and do it, because my graphic design skills is limited to what you see on my website.... (I.e. non-existant). Saying that, I would not have much of a problem to apply a DL skin to my car. I estimate that I currently hold a fair number of South African records on TrackMania, and as such, I know that my races / times are being downloaded and analysed by other.

If anybody would like some write ups on strategy games, then I could help out with those as well.
