So its that time of year and we need to finalize arrangement's for Rage.
First of all, I have some sad news
Heather dale is no more, for those that haven't heard.
So, we are looking for a new venue. It might be in the original area or slightly out of town(Depending on budgets). I will advise once we have more clarity regarding this.
Secondly, the date.
Rage is on the weekend of the 6th of Oct. However, I have been approached by a couple of people to move the date due to RL constraints. So the new date is the weekend of the 23rd of September.
Please can I have feedback on this date? This seems to be the best from what I can understand. As we wont be doing it on the actual Rage date we will be filling a schedule of stuff for the weekend which we will be discussing in threads to come. So this wont be boring, we will keep it interesting
Lastly, for us to be realistically looking at another venue and give the most accurate costs etc we need a head count ASAP. We might be able to negotiate better rates if we have numbers.
So can I please have a indication of participation urgently?
