Good day J/admins,
We need to enforce that the monthly subs are being paid.
We can not set rules and they are not followed, We need to double check who is paying and who is not.
Give them a courtesy email(warning) and the month after double check to see if a payment was made.
If not then take the necessary measures
Kind regards
Grant Kemp

Okay Grant, I've done a recon of all payments from July until today. The results are in the attached spreadsheet. I've projected forward for people based on how much they have contributed since July, to show when they would next be required to make a payment. Happily, a few people are contributing more than the R50 minimum every month.
The following members have not made any contribution since the fee structure was introduced in July:
- baselineac
- BigBadBarts
- BU5T3R
- Cold_Razer
- dirtypora
- duiwel
- Ecko7
- Giftig
- gr@v1ty
- janpan
- Jackal-GI
- kalgat
- l3pr3c4un
- kmcelvin (this is a double count - his new nick is Nimbz, and he's paid)
- NoMaD
- Scorpyon
- Skouperd
- Stu
Most of these are inactive and have been inactive for some time. The two that I'm concerned about are Skouperd, and especially Stu.
Dunno what you want to do about this?

Well Pauly, it seems they all are if you can not afford R50...So close your eyes and point. Then just let me know who to rub out.
I personally feel that R50 is really not much to ask for! it is ludicrous that a person can eat takeways or buy things for their pc but can not pay...
I understand some people are going through really dark times, but it is not us that need to follow up with them. I know full well Giftig and Ecko both said they will never pay to be a part of a clan and here I thought they were joking...seems the joke is on me.
There are some names I do not even know there? Scorpyon and l3pr3c4un and so on...Could we not just kick them as the post has been up for more than 6 months. If you have not been on the website for this long, then I suggest they moved on away from GRRR. Benefit, we scroll less downwards on the home page.

My suggestions is
" To show that you are actually interested in being part of this clan - minimum payment of R50 every 3rd month to avoid being dismissed. ie. Non-payment after 3 months indicates that you no longer wish to be part of the group.
So long as your Annual contribution reaches R600 by the 12th Month. "
