Sorry its taken so long to post this, but it been very tiring and busy time back at work, and i wanted to get my thought together.
Firstly thank you for putting your trust in me as the new grrr clan leader.
I hope to do you all proud this year. Well at least not be as bad as Paul.
I really do appreciate this, and will strive to do my best.
I want to thank Phatso for the year past. He really did put in a lot of effort, and made sure all of us were accounted for and taken care of.
We are after all a big gaming family and caring for each other is important.
We are all different in our own ways, yet gaming brings us together, and we should value that.
We spend a lot of time together online and i wanna make sure that no one feels left out.
I joke, i tune (mostly russian), but i am always willing to listen and willing to help, so if you have any issue please don't feel afraid to approach me(even if it is about me).
I also want to once again thank Ducky.
Ducky i don't think any of us can properly express our gratitude for what you do for us.
I for one value everything you do.

Jthang, thanks for being our financial guru, and keeping us in the black.
Guys please pay any money you owe, with a valid reference, and if you in the financial position contribute to the slush fund on a regular basis.
Going forward i want to see grrr grow and remain strong and as relevant as ever with in the SA gaming community.
We are an institution now and should make sure we don't lose that.
To that end i think its important that we always have a team competing in a competition, to make sure we are out there and a part of the community.
I would like to appoint Grant as our gaming Leader for this year going forward.
Grant i am looking to you to put a team together in what ever game we decide so we can compete this year.
We don't have to be the best, but being there is important.
Paul thank you for running the team this year past. I know it wasn't easy, but i think we actually ended up having a lot of fun.
Phatso and Sexy you guys keep flying the grrr flag high with your casting.
I know its hard work, and i know you get little out of it, but you guys really have come into your own.
Keep going.
My vision for the clan this year is take the good work that has been started by Phatso and Sexy in terms of spectator ship, combined with our growing reputation as a fun good time clan where you can find a party, and combine it into something that we can broaden the appeal of game spectator ship.
Perhaps a Grrr fest.
People can come for some beer and food and a party, and in that setting get to experience game spectating.
We would obviously need buy in from DGL and more, not to mention raising funds to to get it organised and setup.
But if the clan is willing perhaps it i something we should shoot for.
The rage weekend this year was truly an epic weekend, with lost of old faces, as well as new ones.
We also missed some regulars that had other life commitments this year.

Cronos thanks also for making the effort again.
Skouperd, Badass and Hubris, you guys were missed.
Although skouperd Grant did a real good job at the braai, you might have to fight him off next time.
To all the old clan members that are absent or we haven't seen in a while.
