Or multiple teams? Which format? 8v8 conquest is classic I know, but 5v5 defuse could be fun too.

It all depends on the interest, if there are only 5 or 6 guys it will have to be defuse. If we have 10 or more then conquest. Either way we NEED to start at the bottom and work our way up.

We all know how bad 3 seasons of prem can be for an unprepared team

Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this Atomic.

We do need to take stock once more of everyone's intentions for BF4.

I think we are at the crossroads right now for this game in terms of frustration / gameplay / bugs etc with DICE rolling out a fair amount of updates to try fix things. I just hope the damage hasn't been done too severely to some stalwarts in the clan.

That being said, I must be 100% clear that I will support and work together whoever competes in any league as a [grrr] soldier. Once we have the numbers and have elected the captain/s, we will liaise constantly and I will ensure I contribute as much as I can to the success of the team. I will not be competing or be an active player for the next DGL season, but that doesn't mean I won't be involved

Well I feel we should go for the conquest tourny. Its what we know and we're reasonably good at it. Personally I am a bit disappointed Defuse was the chosen game mode as an alternative - in my opinion it should never have been a Battlefield game mode but whatever. Let's start getting names together and start sifting through whats possible so we can come back next year and get moving on it.

Remember if you want to do the "competitive" thing it will mean practices twice a week at least. If you can't reasonably attend those practices rather sign up as casual, there is no reason we can't field two teams and one or two even be chilled social team. Either way I agree, we should re-register the teams and start from scratch and see how we go - taking prem seeding will just be a pain in the ass.
