Ok guys, seriously no fucking around now! I personally thought 1st Div was going to be tough so I can only imagine how difficult Premier Division will be.
We need to all be at the pracs, we need to learn from these pracs and not just go through the motions. We need to practise against Prem teams or we will get fucked up big time!
I think it is also necessary that we switch teams when on the pubs, we need to play together as much as possible. So if some one who you squad with is on the other side switch to get pracs. We can always split the squads across the 2 teams so we aren't stacking but if there are 3 or more grrr on a server YOU SHOULD BE IN 1 SQUAD

Ya we need to pub with purpose though. There's no point just being in a squad and arbing around as individuals - which happens almost every time. We need to practice playing roles, whatever they are, within the squad especially if they're not what "we're supposed to do in a clan match". It's all based on having people on line consistently, so without that we're just talking...

Probably a good idea, we need the practice, but I don't think it will happen though. Even getting one extra night would be a big issue I am sure. Some okes barely read the forums and make the practices as it is; I don't think everyone is serious about being in Premier.

@Hubris, that goes without saying as far as pub play is concerned, you treat the pub as prac game not just as randomness. We all need to step up and take responsibility for your own performance in the team. You can't rely on the captain to tell you how to improve.
For example, you think your shooting isn't up to scratch then make sure you play metro on the pubs a lot where you are on the losing side.
If we don't up our game considerably, our stay in the premier league will be short lived
