Please check out this guy, ( http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/DementedM0nk/ ), he is a work college that also looking for a new clan, as there clan hardly play.
I've played with him loads of time before and is not a bad player.
Have asked him to submit an app to join, but lets here what you guys are thinking.

Yar I changed the Baggers platoon to say we are recruiting, but it's not enough. I think we need to turn our server public and stream it. Maybe too direct, but we need some sort of exposure to get more interest.
It's a pity, but ya I'm not getting luck on my list either. Between NSD, SSG, RFH and TE I'm struggling to get guys involved. So dementedmonk is an SSG guy now, I added AcidViper and will begin the seduction!
He already fanned the grrrSquad platoon and his stats are decent so its promising.
