Was at a huge event with all the big IT companies. As far as sponsors go I have lined up

HP ESSN will sponsor a server
Samsung want us to present for a 2013 sponsorship
Dell/Alienware will sponsor something, maybe prizes for Grrr run comp.

Awesome this ties in with the Debrief thread Hubris started, in order to attract and maintain sponsors like these we have to show them a degree of professionalism in our chosen game.

Fantastic Miles! I also have a hostin slash search optimisation company (IPCOWEB) interested in sponsorship, they're looking forward to a proposal so let's discuss the strategy for these then pump out the docs and prepare our sales boys!

We need to define our sponsorship package offerings and what they include like headline sponsor, server sponsor, competition sponsor, apparel sponsor etc etc so we can target each appropriately to our need plus their budget and nature.
