Because BL2 is so much easier to drop in/out of than BL1, I usually just continue my own game, and make sure that I'm in the BL2 Mumble channel. Then, when anyone else fires up the game it's easy to join on me, or discuss where I am/whose game to play.
TBH I won't be playing much until Monday, I'm back home with the family tonight after a couple of weeks away.

I've got several characters - I'll drop in/out when I see someone there playing and leave if someone has prearranged too. With the volume of guys with this game, I foresee quite a few games going if we are bashing away at the ol BF3 monocle fer gaming vision.
I totally agree tho, an actual schedule is great on paper as it gives us a 'it's BL2 time' as opposed to 'what is everyone doing now' when you load up looking for something to do with yer mates.
