Hey guys,

As a lowly contractor with no real leave benefits, I will miss this jol.

I have some leave booked at the end of April, but that's my entire accumulated balance (whopping total of 3 days) spent on family arrangements. Unpaid isn't really an option because I'm working on a project with tight timelines. Major bummer.

I have family in the Cape and will definitely be able to make another, obviously less awesome, jol in the future.

You don't need to take leave for this. It's a weekend jol, so fly down Friday night and back Sunday. I think that's what the others are going to do.
