Lee, if you look at the spreadsheet, I've already coloured forward for people to show when they are next required to make a payment. For example, Steff paid R800 a few months back, he's not going to need to pay again for about a year.
BadAss approached me at the beginning and said that he wouldn't be able to make the payment for a while, but he's the only person who has offered any reason not to pay.
Stu is another story. I get messages from him every few months saying that he's going to repay the monies lent to him by the fund, but I've received nothing thus far. I know he was out of work for a while, so I haven't pressed, but he owes about R4K to the clan.

My opinion is to kick the obvious inactive people (check forum activity). It is a tough call when it comes to members like Stu that are going through a hard time. Overall, rules are rules. If you make exceptions for certain people, it just becomes a fuck up. I suggest sending out one more "final notice". People that reply with a reason for not paying... give them lee-way - with limits. People that don't reply... KICK.

Sheri's suggestion sounds good. Some members will be kicked easy peazy and others might need a moment's consideration before being given a last chance or the boot.
Best for Grant to contact each one personally via private message/e-mail, etc where they don't have to hide behind some silly, funny comment to impress the rest of the clan mates.

My concern was when the decision was made to kick people that couldn't care less to contribute.
How much more leniency must be given? I certainly think its final warning time TBH.
Special exception cases can be discussed further, but as someone who has a financially turbulent year, my sympathy isn't exactly sky high.
