I also saw some threads a while back that showed actual map strategy, if we could build up the map intel in the practices like duck said, it would be nice to have a wiki page that collates all the data, for noobs like me, so even though i dont know Sharqi that well for example, i still know what the general game plan needs to be. Don't mind collating if you need someone to.

IMHO, it could only be good to have the basic down even of no-one wants to be competitive this leg at least we will have some "structure" for bf4.

I would be happy to run with this if everyone is in?

OK maybe we might not be able to get into formal pairs but lets say when you are on a pub with another grrrbian then assign pairs there and then.

We did pretty well last night with me and j0nny running together and Cr0n0s and Irish running together. The trick is to learn how to follow the squad leader without him telling your where to go.

Took a while but eventually I learnt to stop before move, see where j0nny was going and head in a similar direction. Not neccessarily right behind him so that I could flank mofos

Another hard true incoming. If we want to be competitive in BF4 we are going to have to stack servers. What I have noticed is that all the top teams do it.

I am not saying we need to get 8 grrrs on one side but having 2 grrrs on 1 side and 1 on the other side is not going to help us.

The top teams use this time to learn to stick with each other and to learn to play with other teammates that aren't in their squad.

Have a look and you will see BvD, NSD, RFH, SSG they all do it. Having 2 or 3 1 hourish pracs a week is not enough. You also need the chaos of the pubs to test you.

And you need to play the hard over crowded 64 player servers. On the tough maps like metro. Being able to deal with the chaos is somthing we are sorely missing.

Look i am all keen to lay down down some info. I am just not keen to do it for no reason.
A competitive BF wiki would be a good idea. We can lay down roles of players we need.
How to cope with certain situations ,Map strats and so on.

Been a few mentions on conflicting calls and all that.
Big problem for us. We all have an opinion.
I also noticed oks are reluctant to do something because they havnt been told to do it.
Thats a massive problem. If you spot something, then you are the man to do it. Just communicate it and get some help. 2 are always better than one.

Hey guys,

can someone please organise me access to the grrr server or direct me to a thread explainig how to access/manage it??
Last night there wasnt prac, due to a lot of people not being available, however, there were the individuals that wanted to prac and if I had server access we could at least have give the new team members a run down of what the places is called on the maps?
