Hi All,

Have had some time to think this thru and frankly I would much rather stay than leave for obvious reasons.
I am willing to try again.

Sincerely sorry if I offended anyone with my resignation post, but as I am sure some of you know.
I don't like beating around the bush and normally say what I think at that time, which isn't always the best thing to do.
But that is who I am....
