By the 1st February all the scores for these matches need to be in. So we will need to fit in a game on another night

Note, this is how map selection will be done for each match (courtesy of Vovo on SGS):

Map elimination will be used, believe it is the same as it was for the BOTC comp.

Laguna Presa,
Panama Canal,
Nelson Bay,
Port Valdez

Two choices of how you want to do this.
1) Either eliminate maps in your match chat. Person to choose second also gets to choose sides.
2) Get on the server before the match. Have a knife fight. The winner will eliminate first, the loser goes second and can also choose a team.

This means that we can avoid a couple of maps that we don't like in every round, simply by eliminating them first. Personally, I'd start by eliminating Arica first every game...

Although I am available for games over the next two weeks, I think that it might be prudent for me to be moved to a reserve slot rather than holding a first team position.

The reason is simply that I seem to have lost the ability to play competitively in recent times. I think this probably routes back to being offline for about 5 months, but even over the last month I've been unabe to get my game back.

To give an indication of my slide, my overall KD has dropped over the last month from 1.12 to about 1.05. That's a massive shift, brought about by me struggling to get even a 0.5 KD in games played over the last month.

Now, I know that it's not all about KD, and that the game is more about strategy and thinking. However, I believe that I'm currently a liability in our line up, especially considering that I'm never going to have sufficient gaming time to get my skills back up to where they need to be.

I'm happy to stay on in the team if needed, but with Shadey and Lep being back online quicker than expected, it might be a better idea to drop me out of the squad in favour of one of them?
