Admin rights to book SGS servers

Ok who in our clan has admin rights

I went to this page but it says that our clan already has admin rights and so we can't have more http://games.saix.net/clanadmin_apply.php

I need this to book the servers for pracs and matches

Lee this is what I did but then it said, "Admin already exists for clan"

I will try again using the same details as above but using my name. see what happens then
