Right, so you're a grrrbian right? So where's your email address. It's here damn it. Let me run through your basic setup so that you can start using it ASAP.
First and Foremost, i've set ALL the passwords to: grrr04n
YOUR job is to go change this ASAP.
To do so, please log into the webmail page and click change-password.... it takes 10 seconds to do this, so go do it damn it!
LOGIN TO http://webmail.grrr.co.za
Now Click the Change Password:
Setting up OUTLOOK or OUTLOOK Express or Mozilla Thunderbird is very easy.

Here's a snapshot of OUTLOOK:
The important things on the email client are; email address, login name is the full email address, and password (whatever you change it to), finally the POP/SMTP addresses mail.grrr.co.za
Thats all, you now have your email account setup and working.
A NOTE FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT ACCESS POP/SMTP FROM WORK.
Just login to http://webmail.grrr.co.za, put in your username(full email address remember) and password(whatever you changed it to), then you will see the screen to choose one of the three webmail displays, it's certainly up to you to choose your favorite of the three, I certainly don't have a favorite, all the linux webmails are a bit MEH IMHO.
