Please feel free to add to this, I feel its beneficial to have the guide accessible to all admins and vital that whoever initiates a match follows through with all the points listed below.

The following needs to be done when organising a BF2 Clan Match:

• Contact Opposition Clan Leader to propose a date
• Post a sign up thread
• Propose/confirm maps with clan & opposition
• Book a clan Server
• Confirm a server admin
• Propose/confirm squad composition and strats
• Propose/confirm prac times
• Book server & admin for pracs
• Liaise with reserves

WRT booking the SGS Server, Sunday evenings are popular and the booking can only be done a maximum of one week in advance.

PS That list looks obvious but if the clan match organiser does not follow through with EVERYTHING on that list and communicate cleary, in advance, then I guarantee you two things:
1. There will be fuckups.
2. Players will lose interest in playing clan matches.

Mega has agreed to do the strats for the games while he is in SA
