Jackal is definitely out - so he will not be paying his share.
If everyone else pays what I already calculated (plus the R2200.00 Jarrod advised was left in the fund to help with Fern Glen) we'll have R9692.00 total.
I've already canceled The Studio (2 man room) TWICE. Therefore, our total bill should come to R9600.00 for just the 3 rooms.
Fly - are u okay with paying R227.00 for the single sleeper couch in The Suite?
As Geth said, Grav sleeps on the floor. We might need to pay R75.00 for him to stay one night as they charge extra per person.
I'll ask Fern Glen for a final invoice.
Jarrod... has the R2200.00 been used for other payments? If so, then we'll need to re-calculate.

Update:
Spoke to Fern Glen again this morning. Phatso and Skouperd are 100% confirmed to stay on Thursday night and no extra costs are involved.
In fact, I got us an additional R200.00 discount since Daz isn't attending anymore. Therefore, our accommodation will come to R9400.00 total.
I am waiting for Fern Glen to email the final invoice and then I'll post it here for Jarrod to pay the balance. (Hopefully, Fly and Mikey will have contributed their portion.)
Regarding Grav, we'll just have to see if they will charge us for one extra person for one night.

Don't hassle, I'll probably just arrive at 12. It all depends on picking up/dropping off Dingbat. Likely that even if I get to JHB early, I'll still have to drive around to take Dingy and then drive some more to get back to Fern Dale - prolly only get there at 2 anyway

No mate, as mentioned in my previous post, most people have already paid in full for Fern Glen/Valley/Dale/whatever it's name is, yourself included.
Of course, we'd always welcome more contributions to the slush fund, rAge is an expensive time, and it would be good to have a little extra in the kitty to cover unforeseen expenses...
