Resignation... the right thing to do

Post by Scorpyon »

Seeing that I am permanently living 6 times zones away in the land of Oz. My gaming time is limited by the fact that I am working full time and studying a postgraduate business law course at a university for the next year. There is no chance that I will ever be able to play along side any of you again or join you at rage I think it is time to bow out of membership from "Grrr" :weep:

Thanks to all the friends and teammates who have made my online gaming life one I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I will still be paying regular visits to the most awesome clan in Africa.

And all look after your sunglasses because there will be no more sponsorships.

This is my favourate memory the day we almost conquered the world nerve-wracking as hell

Actually Jason, we kicked you out 2 months ago, didn't you get the email?
I joke! OK, moving countries and holding down a job and studying a law degree are semi-valid excuses for leaving this chapter, but not for starting up a new one in Oz.
Nor does it mean we dont expect new sunglasses every year.

Dude, hope things are going well there. Don't work too hard and try to pop into the forums every now and then.

Ja, application to the leave the clan is officially denied, Scorp. I'm afraid it'll take a lot more than a post on this forum to rid yourself of the smell of [grrr]. As you're overseas and working, studying, raising kids and not likely to game much for a long time, I will grant you indefinite leave of absence and responsibility until such time, if ever, that you become available to tank whore for us again. But resignation? Never. You are [grrr] for life, bud.

I hope Aus appreciates what they've gained at our expense and treat you with the appropriate respect at all times. Keep in touch, mate, it's always a pleasure to hear from you.

:stupid:

Jason, you've been a leg-end member of GRRR for long enough now that there is no call for you to resign at all. You've been with us at every rAge we've attended thus far (this year will be poorer for your absense - who can forget an entire bottle arriving for shooters at that pub next to the sizzler, or the sight of Scorp explaining to Mrs Scorp what a TeaBag is...)

I hope that you guys are settling well in Perth, and that you are finding the integration into teh sheep-shagging cult not too onerous.

PLease do continue to pop in here from time to time and let us know how you're getting on. We'd really like to know :)

Okay, okay, okay resignation retracted but I have some demands........
1. I demand 52 weeks leave per year
2. I refuse to be appointed to any position of authority which requires responsibility
3. If any of you ever come to visit the remotest city of the world you have to get in touch with me
4. If any of you ever need help on this side of the world, and I could possibly help, you will ask me for help
5. And most importantly I require an 800% pay increase
:thanks:
