Considering that we have a fairly low availability for prac tonight, I'd like to invite the BBHers to join us on our server for a 'mock game'. It'll give us a chance to work through tactics, especially if we can get enough to fill the server. Any objections?

MY THOUGHTS ON LAST NIGHT'S PRAC

I know we were 2 players short a lot of the time but I don't think we put in our best performance. I think in order to improve we need to have a regular team that will learn how to play with each other. Everyone is trying to be nice and say "Oh I will play where ever is needed" etc etc

But I think with less than a week before the league a "First" team needs to be chosen and they need to get as much game time in as possible together. So they can find out what works and what doesn't.

I assume the Danglers team is now set and this is our first team? If not it needs to be changed ASAP so that they can get going. I don't want us to be like FiB and win at all costs but a good showing would be nice.

I hope this post didn't come off harsh, I just expected us to do better, especially against BBH who I view as been on our level

After last night I don't want to play this stupid dumbass game ever again - it was just horrible.

I agree with you, Paul. We need to have a group that works well together. Every person has a different style and you have to adapt when you in another squad (speaking from a medic's perspective).

All true. We were poor last night, and got our arses handed to us by the BBHers. Granted, it was a 'who can make it' team last night, and we had no coherent plan beforehand, but then I can't imagine that BBH did either.

Right, we need to move on, and up our game. Quickly. We have less than a week before the league starts.

The Danglers team hasn't yet been finalised, Lee will put the finishing touches on this planning and hopefully announce the team today. In order to give the Danglers the best possible chance, I suggest that he has access to any 11 players in grrr for his squad (barring those who have opted out of the Danglers team). Please guys, this will be a difficult decisions for Lee, let's all respect his decision, even if you disagree with any of his selections. He's on the hook for the Danglers performance, so he must be given free reign to choose and run his team (no pressure Lee ).

The remaining GRRRbians that wish to play in the league will be allocated to the Nutz along with our BBH chums, under the tender leadership of Chaos.

If I get a chance (I have a hectic day today), I'll get on to Hype Gamez WRT the server lag. Lee, if you get a chance before me, could you email Peter and Wayne (copying me, of course).

It goes without saying that Lee has the final word, whom ever he chooses, if they have said they can play, that will be the team. No hard feelings, no grudge NIX!!!
