Besides spelling mistakes, only fault I can see is saying "clever" in the same sentence as "Jono".

The truncated icosahedrons relevance to terminal velocity is more a function of the speed of the foot hitting it rather than the size of one’s prime. All you need to obtain verification of this is to listen to David Beckham talking on radio.

I beg to differ -
terminal velocity is more a function of drag (based on size, shape and coeficient of friction of the objects skin) and the density of the medium through which it is travelling. therefore any truncated icosohedron would never in fact reach terminal velocity unless dropped from a plane or kicked rather high by the goaly

Now that is a difficult one, my answer will be a toss up between the following games:
- Bubble Bubble 2
- Space Gun
- Operation Wolf
- but perhaps my favourite was Worms because one can LAN on it today.

Now that brought back some cool memories!

Obviously not enough, because you still believed you needed to go to work on Saturday. Had you had enough you would have said screw that and continue gaming...

You are absolutely correct yes, but in my defence the average density through which a truncated icosehedron travel in south africa is considerably denser than that of air, therefor terminal velocity at which the speed is constant due to the restraining force excerted through the medium in which it travels must be achievable by a well placed kick.

Ps, Flycatchr, if you are really interested in the topic, then perhaps you could share your views with me with another mathematical problem I've been having for several years relating to the optimal angle to launch an objet thus achieving maximum distance. In plain english, given a person' club swing speed at moment of impact, what is the optimal angle at which to launch a golf ball for maximum distance. I wrote a piece on this many years ago but never got a sufficient, cool, nice looking equation out of it. The guys I was corresponding then failed to grasp the concept and remained adament that the answer is 45 degrees (which equates to around an 8 iron) and obviously wrong.

Bearing in mind that some soccer players are dense enough that it is a miracle that light can still escape them, the above hypothesis should not be discarded just because it defies all logic.

Also, remember that the viscosity of the stadium will increase as the heat increase. Despite the fact that C2H5OH will reduce one’s core body temperature the activities surrounding the inhalation of said substance tend to increase body temperatures which in turn will result in an increasing overall viscosity and density through which said truncated icosohedron will need to travel.

By the way Flycatchr, I trust you had copious amounts of C2H50H for your birthday?

1.For starters, one does not cook a Greek dish, one bakes it.
2.It was an evacnoC dish
3.I started by digging up some fresh clay from my local garden, mixed it with some special ingredients, and baked it in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour
4.Quite recently a Greek attended one of my LAN parties and he sampled the said dish.
5.I honestly don’t know the bastard broke it before I could ask him. He did however like the medium rare steak that I’ve served him on this freshly baked Concave dish that I've prepared especially for the occasion.

(Note to self, when Phatso attend a LAN, hide all dishes and only use paper plates)
