Hi All,

Meeting minutes as per the last meeting.

* Place to have rage: Consensus was that we still look for a place similar to Heatherdale for the convenience and day visitors. Pref in the Northriding or surrounding areas.
* Shirts to be done on request this year, only for the members who request on the forum and in particular the new members. Everyone else wont get.
* Everyone to encourage members to post on the forum to get numbers ASAP as we need this for the booking to assist Ony and for Lee also.
* Thread to be created for weekend events we can do. So far we have Paint Ball, ten pin bowling and put put. Members can also do scripts as per Lee.

Please add anything I might have missed. Also need input asap from the Admins that missed the meeting.
