Ok,

To summarize:

Not sure if Mazz will be making the dessert at site? If yes, maybe someone can give her a hand?

I am making a Chicken curry Potjie.
I will make same rice to have with it.
Anyone is welcome to Join my team.

We may need a pap or something with the other too potjies.
Or maybe dumplings or fresh bread. We can make/bake here.

If you are making a Potjie.
Please if you have things that need to be chopped or prepared do so before hand and bring it ready.
I have things like oil, salt and pepper, but any other spices or sauces please bring with.

EVERYONE MUST bring a camping chair and a bag of wood so we have enough wood for a lekker fire.
We will be chilling outside around fire cooking potjies listening to tunes and smoking dagga and getting pissed.

If you have a one of those potjie cooking stands bring that too.

So in short:
Bring Booze
Bring Snacks
Bring Chair
Bring Wood
Bring Potjie making stuff.
Bring a good attitude.

I think we can say around about 2pm is a good time to start. Potjies can be ready by dinner time then.

Dessert will be made beforehand so no help needed there.
I can also make 1 or 2 fresh loaves for the other 2 potjies if you guys do still need a starch? That can be made there.
