Minutes for the last admin meeting:

* Publish of slush fund expenses to happen (Jarrod)
* Go ahead with Grrrbian of the year award (Closed)
* Grrr Chat App: QB to start with this soon.
* Member list to be cleared (Closed)
* Appointment of a OW Team Cap (Closed)
* Establishment of a OW Comp board
* Potjie day (Thread has been posted)
* Get ID details of peeps flying down to Grrrage for Grant

Oh and J, when you have time please send me the newest statements so we can do another recon?

Let me know if I missed anything ?

Here you go. Contributions up to Wednesday this week.

Note, I discovered a R2000 withdrawal in March, which looked odd. Discovered that my wife when withdrawing cash from an ATM chose savings instead of current account. I've refunded the R2000 this morning. Apologies, my wife has been suitably chastised...

Current fund balance is R14,404.93.

Very strange...

I just had a look at the statement. My last payment was in August last year!
From the get-go, I set up a debit order. Had no idea it stopped.

Will look into it, and amend.

yeah, i had that in the past too, Debit orders have a life-time expiration, after X-amount of months they stop and dont warn you. - I had that happen to me in the past too Dry.
