I know Eggy has an amount, and i think Onny/Mark and Shady bought a few things.

Food Thursday Night: R276.07
Drinks Thursday Night: R895.83
Drinks Friday/Saturday: R1400.50

How are we going to sort these costs out?
I can refund people from the slush fund in the interim, but someone needs to work out who was there are specific days and determine how much they should contribute. And then everyone needs to actually make the payments into the fund.
In the interest of cashflow, I will refund people who made contributions. Post the total amount on your slips (because everyone who wants a refund will have kept their slips), and your banking details, and I'll refund you.
I can't collect cash slips, so will take it on faith - we're all trustworthy around here.
Who is going to work out the individual breakdown of costs? I've done it for the last several years, and don't feel particularly inspired to do it again. Especially considering I wasn't there on the Thursday and Friday to determine who was there and what they consumed.
