CS:GO TS Channels and admins

Hey Guys!

Since we seem to be getting more a more momentum behind our CS team, I would like to propose that we create another CS channel in TS and elect some one to be a channel admin so that we can easily move people around when it comes to practice and game nights.

I reckon the Manager should have access. So put me as admin.

You can not give it to these guys as it will be abused.
