Yup.. add one of us on steam... and then you can join us by the "search by friends" option

Alternatively... join the Mweb JHB server. PvPvE

Morning fellow survivors...

I know most of you will freak out at the thought of this... but I propose a server move!

Here are my reasons:
- Our server has fallen victim to grievers who are now bored (since they used exploits and admin commands to level up) so are just running around grieving people.
(i.e The Dorf guy that killed Ducky once shot is a part of the ng tribe, who are the admins of the server)
- So we have grievers, exploiters and to sum it all up... they are the admins as well
- Server lag... over the last week, I've been sliding down hills as the games lags so badly, or suddenly appearing 10m behind where I thought I currently was.
- They have tried to arrange a server wipe, but this seems to have fallen to cheating as well as people have created multiple accounts in order to try sway the votes
(The site admin has recorded the evidence of multiple accounts on the same IP)

So... last night I took a look at the server that Kalgat is currently on...
- The game loaded in about 10secs!!
- The game play was smooth, no lag as yet
- The server is not that populated yet
- Holy Crap... they dinosaurs are evil... I died about 5 times in 30min... Level 75 Raptor, level 60 alligator, etc

So... your thoughts?

I know you guys have alot invested in the current base but at the way everyone was carrying on last night, i agree with Morph.

Rather than investing more time into it and then it gets wiped, lets just move to a nice new pretty server

I am not 100% for or against the idea. I have noticed that the admin seems dodge on our existing server but no proof.
Also lets remember, the server might get wiped. Its possible.
Lag is also a big deal on the server. Last night was literally unplayable.

Is there any way we can transfer? Isn't that what the obelisks are for?

Pros
+ Fresh start
+ Less lag
+ Less griefing
+ Equal level tribe members - everyone crafting together. Shared XP fest.
+ We know exactly whats up

Cons
- Our base
- Our dinos
- Our levels
- Our time...
- PvP on the new server. We might as well go to a PvE server maybe?

I guess its sort of up to the Duck to be honest. He has put in more time than the rest of us and would ultimately be "losing" the most.

It would suck to lose our now colossal base and walls, but I now know more about base building than before I guess.

The oblisk is designed to move chars and dinos ()you upload your chars / dinos to the oblisk... but most servers have the option to download your chars / dinos disabled.
Apparently due to people having used exploits, etc... and then taking their max level chars and dinos to a new server and owning everyone.

So the move would be a clean start.

Hey Lee, eventually saw your post about this on our forums. Keen as a bean, looks like a great game to waste time on. Will aim to buy soon, just needing to ensure I'm not unemployed after this week which might be likely.
