How's this for a suggestion:

The peeps wanting to fly from CPT to Jozi that haven't as yet booked tickets, post your Full name and ID number here (don't worry, this is a private forum, no-one else will see your details).

I'll then book tickets for everyone on the cheapest possible flights, covering the cost out of the slush fund. Then, we can talk about affordable payment amounts for everyone afterwards.

This way we get the tickets sooner, and thus cheaper. Also, everyone arrives in Jozi and departs at the same time, making it easier to arrange lifts to/from Heatherdale.

I will need to know what time on the Thursday you'd like to depart for Jozi, and what time you want to return on the Sunday. I suggest a return flight at about 2pm on the Sunday, giving time for the Saturday night hangover to subside before heading off to the airport. As for departure on Thursday, I guess it depends if anyone has to work on the day.

I'll be arriving in Jozi at about 6pm on the Thursday, but that's the only time I can get a flight in from Kenya.

Thoughts/feedback ASAP please, so we can box this off.
