KoA rejected out time because they have a match already. They wanted to play at 3pm in the afternoon but I said no. I proposed 3 other days so waiting to hear back from them

I can play, but only if they don't have an issue with my ping.
The issue has been escalated with my Telkom Representative and he's chasing the bandwidth increase on my Exchange.

Just check with them if they are happy that I play.
Last night pings were 65 - 80 odd with 120 as the max.
Reason is DSLAM congestion.
