Right, so here are my thoughts.
We take Spectator mode to the max with things like (*note commentary required):
1. Talent Spot.
playing on servers, find someone doing very well, switch to spectator mode and capture the player.
Find the best footage and make a 15-30 second feature set
2. Play of the week,
Spectator mode a lot and capture a lot - find some BF4 moments and some good plays 15-30 long.
Compile into two other features with an AWARD for play of the week for the best.
3. TBA
Obviously, I'd love to have us all have a green screen so that I can overlay and put together the weekly montage.
Let's try get some stuff together to test it out.
See if you can add some more topics - lets get a format and feature list together.

Play of the week. I LIKE IT! We needpeople commited to capturing stuff. I know I am going to be using the spec tool a LOT for shoutcasting, but maybe guys would rather play? Lets see who wouldn't mind doing this? Obviously you must be able to run/record at fairly high settings so it looks naaaas.
I am fairly good-ish at YT's ins and outs so will assist wherever possible. I don't mind creating a sub-channel under mine with a "[grrr]'s play of the week" or perhaps a playlist of it?
The reason I am suggesting that is to leverage of an existing subscriber base. We can use maybe the [grrr] channel and make it more accessible to everyone , they can upload raw footage, with a note like "check out 0:45 for start of XxX-720noScopeBlazeITBRO-xXx 9 kill streak against 2 jets, 3 choppers and 4 jetski's!" I can rip that, edit it with [grrr] branding etc and upload it? Make it recurring upload to keep the hype.
Guys like wovn used to have a series called Top 5 Chopper pilot kills and it was a great success so no reason why we can't do the same for ZA players.
Lets thrash out the details.

Double posties:
Yeah - throughout this year - I've been trying to see how/what/where to set up a weekly video spot - the main reason for me buying the sheet and testing Green screening etc.
We need some topics of discussion etc.
To add to it - we can perhaps have a Teamspeak channel that we record for extra Soundbites for the video when showcasing.
Things to work on. I'm going to create a Teamspeak channel with maximum audio quality for recording.
i was trying to do this all on my own last year - wasn't easy since it was a crazy year - very excited to have extra crew onboard now.

OK, so I will post a First run Video for our private initial review soon, next day or two -
I've been going back and forth working on some things - taking some time to try get it right.
Hopefully I'll get something quite nice together - even if it's not quite yet perfect.
I've also Decided to Call the Show "Code 4 TV" thought it had a nice ring to it.

OK - so while it's busy uploading - Thought I'd post the link here.
Here's the first look at Code 4 TV - Just the first 10 minutes for you to evaluate and see if it's worth it's salt.
Since it is the first build - a lot of time taken to make GFX, overlays and the likes.... very time consuming.
Green screen was not perfect, by a long shot - will likely invest in a proper one soon if/when cash says it's OK to do so.
If we have a thumbs up on the progress - that we're on to something good here - then it's a MUST purchase for the project.

... and now for the weather.
Professional production dude, really good, don't stop.
Some points from my 2c:
- Sound balance between you talking and background noise to be tweaked, maybe fade out gameplay noise a bit more during chat.
- Would rather see you fade in, deliver a point and fade out and leave the gameplay/footage illustrate that point than have a continuous spiel.
(and then fade in with the next point)
- the suit rocks
- Your reduced image bottom right is perfect size
