So now that all the tickets are done...

What are the plans for the braai / get together / total chaos??

Well this is what usually happens

Thursday - Out of towners arrive and people who can make it come by for a drink on Thursday night, this can turn ugly and become very wild
Friday - Usually meet up early to get into the lan and then go for drinks at the Greek Sizzler with the community (This won't be happening this year or I doubt it at least)
Saturday - Play games, mess around during the day, around 6pm we start the Grrr Braai at Heatherdale, everyone is welcome, bring your own dop and meat.
Sunday - Packup, say good byes, recover from hang over

Double post because I can...

Typically for the Saturday braai, we do a communal purchase of booze and food, and i suggest that we keep it the same this year. There will be funds left in the slushy once everyone has paid for their shirts, and we can put this towards the braai.

it means that people don't have to mission off and buy their own food on the Saturday, we get it all in one go.

Hey guys, just to triple/quadruple check.
No one from the clan wants my xtra ticket, so i am going to give it to a mate if that's cool... Also, i have booked half day Thursday, taken leave Friday so will be involved in all shenanigans from the get go.

LAN POA
Paul - Arriving at Dome at 3pm on Friday, will be leeching, spectating DGC and playing some games when I can
Skoups - Arriving at the Dome no later than 08:00 on Friday. Hopefully, by that time, BadAss would have made some progress in the queues.
Baddass - Standing in the queue with Skoups and my pc Friday morning from 05:00AM
Fly - joining skoups and badass in the quejust after rush hour traffic. (I hope)
Drag - Expo and Spectating only
Kyuubidemon - If i can take leave i will try get there as early as possible... leaving at 4 in the morning will let me open up my car on the highway for some high speed runs... so keen :P

Slipperyduck - Will check-in for LAN, but mostly filming and interviewing LAN/EXPO/COMPETITION people, community members and Grrrbian
