Hi iTicket, have you guys never in your life sold any tickets before to anything more than a handful of Christian church goers? This NAG Lan ticketing system of yours was a serious joke to say the least. As you most likely are fully aware, at 09:00 when the tickets for the event went on sale, your server could not handle the load. From my understanding, this event was not even that big, a mere 2000 odd tickets or something, yet your server was not able to handle the load. Disgusting to say the least.
Despite the lack of effort on your side, me and my fiancé both managed to buy 2 tickets each after several failed attempts. The reference on the two sets of tickets are: 5194276 and 5194481 thus providing me a total of 4 tickets. I have printed all four tickets and whether or not you have sorted out your systems in order to debit my credit card or not, I honestly don't care as these tickets that are in my hand are legitimate tickets and I will be using them when the event commences. As such, may I suggest you ensure that both the above two reference orders was correctly processed.
Your service to date has been totally unprofessional to say the least. Now please confirm if the above two references, i.e. 5194276 and 5194481 is 100% correct and if not, what you will do to ensure that it is sorted out.
Your lack of incompetence has yet to cease amazing me.
