Well, pre-load is now available on Steam, for anyone who's boiught the game already. I've downloaded it, it came in at about 5GB.

Following the Borderlands Fiasco, I'm not going to offer anyone backups until the game is released on the 18th November. Thereafter however, I'll send DVD's wherever they are required...
