Pretty good prac last night, we could have done better. We need to get our shooting better and the only way to do that is to constantly go up against guys who are better. So with that in mind I think Miles' suggestion of playing BvD on metro once a week might be a good idea.

It will be hugely frustrating but and we may never beat them but imagine how easy teams like SSG and RFH will seem if we are almost matching BvD?

Now specifics from last night

Pros
* Armour did very well, we dominated in the first round, second round it was about even, maybe we had a slight upper hand
* Not much "complaining" over MUMBLE but we just need to calm down a bit

Cons
* We did the same thing over and over even though wasn't working
* We weren't clear on who was responsible for what and that sometimes meant 2 people doing the job of 1 person

Last suggestion, both Russian and Snake are new to the team and we are not sure of the dynamic, I think in these prac games we need to be a bit more free and see what works. We can't assume that they will just plug into the roles of the previous players. So may let try "release" the Snake, let him go on his roaming, if we see that isn't working then correct it.

and now we know why you are so damaged!

I listened in on the com's last night and in the first round it sounded sharp and things panned out positively. You've outlined the area's you need to concentrate on and it nice to hear there is a great synergy more practices and like a well oiled bikini wrestler you'll be ready to RNC any mother yukkers!

Yea good prac game last night for our first game back.

We need to find a proper dynamic in the infantry squad.

We all still to individual, our team work needs to be tighter

We need to focus on tight accurate picking.

Drills... co-ordination of squads for taking B on metro, taking B on bazaar.
Faster reaction times.
We need to get out intensity up, and actions per minute up, but slow down play as a team.

Last night I saw a brilliant move by 2 PewPew Players, I took one down and his buddy literally sprinted over him and revived , I took the buddy out he then killed me.

Not the smartest move in that I had a chance to take them both out but within 2 seconds there was shooting, reviving, med-pak. That is what Tyger means by intensity

Yeah we were a bit rusty in the armour though, I don't think PEW have a very good armour team at all. Caught them napping often. I squashed Paul and Cronos too much, I think it was just the nerves of the first game and too much back and forth at the wrong times.

We didn't get any backrage onto their armour team and against a better rep team I think we will have trouble. If we are struggling at B lets get armour domination, hold their gimmie with my guys and ours with Tygers then both squads hit B when we see it's weak and their armour is still at base.

On Metro we had some good pushes, but I think we lacked the intensity of the PEW guys on attack. I was also a bit disappointed how we could gain ground by spending 50 tickets and lose it after only making them bleed 20 or so. We tended to clump up again.

It really works well to have two or three guys in set positions, then free a roamer to add value where he can; so the Snake idea is good. However, we do need to go over those specific individual plans for getting into B on both maps under fire so we all know whats cutting.

We have a really bad track record with Metro and in my view it's down to accuracy, our brute force pushes vs the enemies.

When we do this our push is met with accurate fire from the enemy and in the reverse we most certainly cannot take down the same volume of enemies when they assault. This is highlighted the most with Metro as it is a highly restrictive choke point *COD-like map and if we can improve our accuracy will benefit all maps and more specifically Metro. /2c

Gotta say, I really enjoyed playing a clannie again last night!

My 2c.

We are really rusty on Coms, was a bit bad at some stages last night. Need to get our coms discipline back...

Generally I think we were very rusty and on a good day we should be able to Stomp these okes. was however one of the far better start of season clan games I have played. Not at all a bad note to start with....

Oh and the metro idea will only benefit us as a team doesn't matter how you look at it, so a great idea.

Anyways, I am very much looking forward to the next match! :D
