K good points.
I think we need to go over everyones roll, and their specific roll on a map and the flag they at.
Like for instance on Sharqui, the call goes out defend Tv station.
Everyone in the squad, should know ok. I go here, i watch this direction, that direction is covered by "this guys"
Notice i say direction, not specific place, as this is where we each need to take individual responsibility. Watching and reacting to what they are doing from the direction and location you are watching. Also it is absolutely key to know what the other guys roles are.
So "Paul's" job is to watch stairs, mine is to watch the left ladder. Paul only needs to say he is down, and i must know, they will be behind me now.
Its these kind things guys, that we lack big time, and part of the reason I personally get so frustrated, as i call guys there, guys there, and we as a team still get surprised... by the guys coming from there!
At the moment, we all run around like headless chickens.
1. Because we are unclear of our own roles
2. We unclear what the other guys in our squad, let alone team are doing.
3. Because we don't trust each other, and put trust in each other to watch our backs.
For tonight lets work, purely on your squad play. I say we forget about complicated starting strats, and just focus, on moving to a flag, taking our picks, and moving in bit by bit as a Squad. Making sure, this guy has this side covered, this guy has that side covered, and so on.

Don't get dispondent chaps. Yes we got stomped, but there are good reasons for that and they are things we can fix. This is not a talent issue, it's a time and attendance issue. We have had this same situation at the end of Leg 2 and we half pulled our act together and now look, we qualified for rAge. All we need to do get everyone back and focused and rAge will be the event you are looking forward to.

Good prac last night guys!!
I really felt that this was one prem team that we could beat or atleast take 1 or 2 rounds off them. Next up is SSG PL.
What I learnt from last night is that it is all about prep. We know Sienne backwards and we know Bazaar so that is why we did well. There is a chance we could play B2k maps at rAge so I think we need to practise this against SSG PL. I think Karkand is the simplier of the two so if we could at least get a game of that in.
