As noted by Paul in the T-Shirt thread (http://www.grrr.co.za/showthread.php?1116-rAge-T-shirts), I have done a recon of the slush fund account. It can be summarised as follows:
Current fund balance: R 5 507.10
Committed outgoings: R 5 625 (Heatherdale balance - 50% deposit paid)
Funds available after outgoings: -R 117.90
Due for Jackets (@R600 per jacket): R 4 800
Due for rAge Accomodation: R 2 160
Funds available once dues are paid: R6 842
As you can see, once we get the outstanding monies in for the jackets and rAge accommodation, the fund will be in a pretty good shape. Certainly good enough to sponsor T-Shirts for all members attending rAge. With 20 attendees, we could easily cover R150 per shirt (R3000 total).
The following people still need to settle up on the accommodation/jackets:
Jackets
- Flycatchr
- Icenflame
- Nomad
- RussianElite
- SnakeStyles
rAge Accommodation
- Onxy
- RussianElite
- U2M
Please note, this is not a "collections" post. I'm not chasing people up to pay at this stage. Certain individuals have already communicated that they will not have the means to pay their dues for a month or two. This is fine, it's what the fund was created for.
However, I would urge those people who have the means to cover their due amounts now to do so. As things stand, we do not have sufficient in the slush fund to cover the balance of the rAge accommodation, not to mention any T-Shirts. If we could get a few people paying in their dues in the next couple of weeks, we'll be cash flush again.
If anyone has any queries in relation to this recon, please let me know and I'll try and sort them out.
Thanks.

Ja guys, please pay as soon as possible. Jarrod is running the finances as a favour and is not a debt collector.
Also please remember to continue pay clan subs on a monthly basis, the more people that do and the more frequently people do the less money we have to lay out at the end of each year. Even if it is just R50 a month, that works out to R600 towards these kinds of expenses

I do know some people if needs be.
In all seriousness, pay the monies guys. It really goes a long way as you can clearly see. If you do not have the means, its obviously perfectly fine, but if you can afford it, it really helps with a whole bunch of clan matters that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
